Kingdom Telephone Company provides local telephone service to seven exchanges in Callaway and Montgomery counties:

Local Service Rates

The rates below apply to all Kingdom Telephone Company subscribers. The rates cover network access to a local customer location. They entitle the customer to local calls, without toll charge, to all numbers in the above exchanges.

Residential Access Line: $20.40/month*

*Plus applicable taxes and surcharges, which include Subscriber Line Charge, E-911 tax, Federal Universal Service Charge, and Relay Missouri fees.

Connection Charges

Fiber Installation Charge (up to 1,000 feet) – $27.20

Service 1 Month in Advance – Varies

Cooperative Membership Fee/1 Share of Stock  – $10.00

The Service Assurance Program (recommended): $2.95/month

Avoid unexpected charges for service calls and repair fees. You’ll have peace of mind for just pennies a day! This program covers all industry standard phone wires and jacks. Existing customers have a 30 day waiting period after joining.

Lifeline Low Income or Disabled Program

Eligible low-income or disabled consumers can receive up to $24.00 in reductions on their telephone bill in the form of a credit against their monthly recurring dial tone charges billed by Kingdom Telephone.
